Angel Llamas

Gnu/Linux, Sysadmin, Networks, Webhosting, Wordpress, Bootstrap

Actually working for a major internet and web hosting services provider in Switzerland, I have the pleasure of helping users with their technical requests. My customers greatly appreciate my assistance and my ability to present information in simple terms and make it accessible to them. And all this without forgetting an efficient call flow management and the productivity statistics. Customer surveys gave me service high marks, making me earn a "Best Customer Relationship" certificate in 2017.

I decided to shift my previous career in hospitality industry to pursue my passion for information technology and organize myself to continue training: it's very important in this constantly evolving field! I also finance and maintain my own mini-infrastructure, consisting of DNS servers, web hosting and my own cloud-based file storage service.

I am pleased to be part of a non-profit association that supports privacy and net neutrality: SwissNeutral ( I have been the vice-president for a few months now, actively participating in the drafting of contracts with our sponsors and documents for various organizations (RIPE, Register of Commerce). I am also system administrator and webmaster.

Happy to meet other professionals and enthusiasts, do not hesitate to connect!
